EUROPEAN CONFEDERATION OF PSYCHOANALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPIES (ECPP) was created in 2003 as international psychoanalytic organization of new type. Its general principal is: All psychoanalytic psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic organizations based on the concepts of transference and resistance are our colleagues. The ECPP acts under the Austrian Civil Law. Dr. Markus Faeh (Switzerland) was elected as first ECPP President. Members of the ECPP Board were from: Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Switzerland, UK and Ukraine.
